    1. I selected this short book from a library while I was out on a day trip with my daughter. When I seen that it was based in Northern Ireland where I live. I thought that may be a good book to read and it was an easy book to get into from the start. For me I lost interest just past half way through the book and was debating to finish it off. But I persevered as it was a small book just to see how it would end.

    2. A well-written light-hearted book, indeed! Light-hearted and romantic is not my go-to genre, but I wanted to read this Northern Ireland story by a Northern Irish writer, and I quite enjoyed it. I love Johanna's humour and the quirky characters (I'm quite fond of Archie). The romance was cute and sweet, but I have to say I never quite warmed to Albert. He needs more self-confidence. And I didn't quite buy the ending, where (view spoiler)[Albert comes back in the nick of time, declaring his love. [...]

    3. I loved this book. A very enjoyable and easy read. I hope that there will be more about Johanna and Albert.
