    1. **Thanks so much to the author for providing me with a free copy in exchange for an honest review!**Rating: 5 StarsMy Opinion Of This Book: AMAZING. _______________________________________________Woah, Kiss Me Deadis the first book I've read in less than a day since -don't even know anymore- let's go with forever. It's also my first 5 star read of the month. I'm also pretty sure this just got me out of my reading slump. To say the least, this book is basically flawless. THE GOOD. ●The Plot/Sto [...]

    2. This is a well written and entirely unique novel that had me coming back for more. It is exciting, imaginative, and emotional. Ibitz develops more than just her story and her characters. She develops the entire world around them until you can’t help but picture it. I found myself dreaming about this wildly captivating and extremely vivid world. By flipping between the past and the present Ibitz presents a rather complex yet very enjoyable read to her audience. Seeing the two parts of the story [...]

    3. Kiss Me Dead was one of those books I was really excited about, but not overly satisfied with. This story actually reminded me of Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick, the cursed boy needs a naive girl to break his curse. However, I do think the writing in Kiss Me Dead is MUCH BETTER! Brooke isn't that bad of a heroine for a YA book, I can actually see her as a teenager. She's not overly experienced or smart, but she's got a good head on her shoulders. As for the hero, I wasn't very thrilled about him [...]

    4. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review (LOP or lovers of paranormal)Kiss me Dead is a very addictive read. I absolutely love how the chapters alternate between the past and present. The two stories build to a crescendo until they crash together! The world building was solid - I had great visuals while reading and felt a genuine excitement as the story progressed. Christian is half human, half reaper. The past story is set in 1938, and Christian is nineteen years old [...]

    5. Thank you to the author and group David Estes Fans and YA Book Lovers Unite! for providing a copy of this ebook for review. The views in this review are mine and are in no way affected by receiving a copy of the book.Kiss Me Dead by Dale Ibitz follows two stories that merge into one towards the end of the book about Brooke and Christian. In 1938, Christian Graves is in love with a human, something that is forbidden for his kind. You see he is a reaper for Giltine, meaning he ushers souls to jud [...]

    6. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review (Lovers of Paranormal).So. When I started this book I didn't know what to expect exactly, but maybe I had too great expectations. The beginning was a little slow and confusing, especially cause it kept going back and forth in time too often. But then, at some point, I started to get into the story and kinda got used to the flashbacks. The story was good and a little different from other stories I read. I liked Brooke. She wasn't one of thos [...]

    7. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review (Lovers of paranormal).Kiss me Dead is a unique read. The book starts off a little slow but quickly picks up steam, taking the reader along with it. The author blurs the lines of good and evil, showing that not everything is black and white. The main character Brooke and Christian both struggle with this concept.I really hope that there is a second book continuing the story, as I think that Ibitz has developed a wonderful world [...]

    8. Reapers, watchers, mortals and immortals abound in this interesting book. Brooke is a watcher, a descend of the angels and Christian is a reaper. Christian makes a deal for his freedom but the problem is he has to find an angel to kiss him willingly. Brooke is on a mission to kill all the rogue reapers she can to avenge the death of her brother. I could see Brooke as a heroine, she's not a bad ass, just your typical teenager but I didn't like Christian, don't know why but he irked me. This is a [...]

    9. I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. When I started this book, I had no idea how it was going to play out. I am so glad I asked for a copy! I loved this book! It had everything that you could possibly wanteven ogres! I won't say too much about it because I don't want to give anything away, but you need to give this book a shot. Fabulous!

    10. Kiss Me Dead is a great book that tells the stories of two characters-- a reaper and a girl who can see reapers. While, in some respects, it follows the paranormal formula, the beautiful writing really sets it apart. The stories are told in parallel, and intertwine in the present-day thread of the story, where the reaper enters the life of the girl. Romance and numerous questions follow. Can the guy be trusted? The answer is "probably not", which makes for an interesting tale as the two characte [...]

    11. (I received a free copy of this book in exchange for a review).(This review may contain spoilers).I would, ideally, give this book 3.5 stars. The plot was really intriguing and I really adored the front cover. It's really nicely designed. And although reapers and angels aren't unique concepts in fiction, I felt that the use of Giltine was really interesting, as was the whole history surrounding the reapers. I would have liked some more detail about their origins, though. The switching between pas [...]

    12. I love reapers, so I was delighted to find a book all about them and watchers, which I haven't found appearing in my many books. This was a good read, though the story was a little heavier on the romance angle than I usually like. Christian and William made for interesting characters, but they could have been a little more distinct personality wise. Sometimes they sounded too much like each other. I like Brooke, she's tough and determined to protect the people she loves, but still has enough fau [...]

    13. You can find more reviews Mademoisellesnow BlogKiss me Dead was one of those books that I was really looking forward to read, but when I did I wasn’t overly satisfied with the results. All through the book I felt that there was something missing, that I wanted more from this. For the most part I enjoyed the uniqueness of the story and the main characters were interesting in their own rights. I loved Christian for some of the book but mostly I just wanted to slap him silly with the things that [...]

    14. I received this book in exchange for an honest review (Lovers of Paranormal)Kiss Me Dead was a little confusing and annoying at first particularly because I was not use to such an intense character at first. It was annoying for me in the way that it continuously switched from past to present. In my experience, those kind of books just annoy me too much to continue the book, but I gave this book the benefit of the doubt. The character 'Brooke' was somewhat okay but she was not a character I connec [...]

    15. A new spin on the reaper theme, “Kiss Me Dead” is an excellent YA read with interesting characters that exhibit every shade of black, white, and grey. Read full review in the 2015 March issue of InD’tale Magazine.
